Debut & Early Roles
She made her professional debut in Paris in 2013 as Belinda Dido & Aeneas, and soon went on to sing roles such as La Princesse L'Enfant et les Sortilèges at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and in Costa Rica, Amour Orphée et Eurydice at the Théâtre de la Garenne-Colombe, amongst others in France, and on tour in Italy. Subsequently, she has sung Donna Elvira Don Giovanni in Royaumont, in a production by Moshe Leiser and Patrice Caurier, a role she reprised in 2019 conducted by Laurent Touche.
Concert Work
In concert, she has performed a wide repertoire, including Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle at the Victoria Hall in Geneva, and Honegger's King David in Lausanne, conducted by Pascal Mayer.
Academies & Roles
In 2018, she joined the Exzellenz-Labor Gesang led by Hedwig Fassbender, and she has been a member of the prestigious Académie Philippe Jaroussky in Paris since 2019. In 2021, Lysa sang Loulou in Christiné's operetta Dédé at the Opéra de Lausanne and Madame Binz in Paul Burkhard's Casanova in der Schweiz at the Théâtre de Bienne-Soleure, Switzerland. More recently, she sang Susanna Le nozze di Figaro at the Estivales de Brou and First Lady The Magic Flute under Pierre Bleuse in Sion (Switzerland).
Awards & Highlights
Lysa has also recently won 2nd Prize at the Concours International de Mâcon and was awarded the prestigious Bourse Menda by the Opéra-Comique (who invited her for recitals in 2022-2023), as well as singing an orchestral recital (conducted by Léo Warynski) at the Opéra de Toulon earlier this year, Fiordiligi Cosi fan tutte at the Estivales de Brou and Frasquita Carmen at the Festival du Toûno in summer 2023.
Tours & Recitals
She has completed a tour as Juno & Amore Il ritorno d'Ulisse in patria with Emiliano Gonzalez Toro's I Gemelli (including at the Teatro Real Madrid, Théâtre National du Capitole in Toulouse, Opéra de Bordeaux, Bozar in Brussels and in Geneva) and sung a recital at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, as well as Kseniya Boris Godunov at the Opéra d’Avignon.
Recent & Upcoming
Lysa has just sung Adelaide in Handel’s Lotario in Payerne, Switzerland and a New Year concert at the Opéra de Saint-Étienne. Future plans include the Fourth Maid Elektra at the Opéra de Metz in France, Pamina/Die Zauberflöte for the TOBS in Switzerland and the First Nymph Rusalka for the NOF in Fribourg, Switzerland.
